二人在各教会中选立了长老，又禁食祷告，就把他们交托所信的主。 Paul and Barnabas appointed elders for them in each church and, with prayer and fasting,committed them to the Lord, in whom they had put their trust.
从那里坐船，往安提阿去。当初，他们被众人所托、蒙神之恩、要办现在所做之工，就是在这地方。 From Attalia they sailed back to Antioch, where they had been committed to the grace of God for the work they had now completed. (使徒行传14:23,26)
安提阿教会把保罗和巴拿巴交托给神的恩典，保罗和巴拿巴又把亚细亚各教会交托给所信靠的神。
这“交托”用的是同一个词committed，是神以恩典带领教会差派圣徒宣教、又建立教会。
